This is how we work in practice:

ventilation, fire safety, lifts ....) using standardised international forms
· Assessment of overall condition
· Suggestions for improvement in technical and structural areas to
optimise the energy consumption

· Tendering / awarding of contracts / accounting
· Warranty tracking for new buildings, fittings and conversions
